May 19, 2003: Sanatoga Resident Guest Instructor For Real Estate In Johnstown

NEWTOWN SQUARE PA - Joseph M. Zlomek of Sanatoga was the featured instructor earlier this month during a two-day (May 6 and 7, 2003) continuing education seminar for licensed real estate salespeople and brokers of Crown American Properties in Johnstown PA.

Crown American is a publicly held real estate investment trust that specializes in regional shopping centers and retail properties. Courses created by Zlomek on the effects of war and terrorism on commercial real estate; on changes in the Americans With Disabilities Act 13 years after its signing; and on revitalizing environmentally contaminated properties (known as "brownfields") were requested by Crown American.

Zlomek is marketing director for Polley Associates of Newtown Square PA, Pennsylvania's largest proprietary provider of real estate and related career education. He is a real estate instructor licensed by the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission.
